we open our e-motion e-bike shop on 1.100m2 this summer and are looking for a branch manager
what should you bring?
- you have a commercial education, a business administration degree or a similar degree
- ideally you have already gained experience in retail or were/are working as e.g. branch manager, store manager or market manager
- you are strongly sales oriented and enjoy customer contact
- you can develop processes and implement them
- you are organized, a team player and know how to lead employees
- you are able to analyse the shop by means of important key figures and initiate appropriate measures
your task:
- you are responsible for personnel management and development
- you represent the management and manage our e-bike sales
- you guarantee competent and friendly advice to our informed clientele in sales
- the organisation and optimization of the business processes of the site are in your hands
- you analyse and optimise the core range
- quality control and ensuring customer satisfaction are your top priority
