for a net export sale (export to an eu country) we need the following documents from you:
- a current company register extract (translated into german or english)
- your trade license (translated into german or english)
- their tax number/eu identification number
- company word, address, telephone number, website and email address of your company
- a clearly legible copy of the photo id of all owners and managing directors
- a sales contract signed by the person entitled to subscribe
- a signed and notarized power of attorney for the collector (translated into german or english), unless the vehicle is picked up by the manager or owner himself
- for pick-up by a freight forwarder, the cmr papers and for self-pick-up the signed and stamped confirmation of arrival
for sending documents we charge you the costs incurred by us.
for a net export sale (export to a non-eu country) we need the following documents from you:
- a current company register extract (translated into german or english)
- your trade license (translated into german or english)
- a clearly legible copy of the photo id of all company owners
- a sales contract signed by the person entitled to subscribe
- company word, address, telephone number, website and email address of your company
customs clearance is organized by auto mega store for the delivery of documents we charge you the costs incurred by us.
payment for the vehicle should be made by bank transfer. in addition, you deposit with us a deposit in the amount of the current german vat. –rate (except net business). as soon as you send us your original export declaration in a legal form valid at the time of export within 30 days of vehicle takeover without further request, we will transfer the deposit back to your account after a maximum of 30 working days. a deposit return after this deadline can no longer be made!
only for commercial customers: standing fees from the fourth bank working day after invoicing per standday and vehicle € 12,50 plus. vat.
