Terms and Conditions for the Giveaway

1. Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is auto mega store GmbH, Meisenstraße 7, 84030 Ergolding (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Participation Period

The giveaway takes place from 10.06.2026 to 30.06.2026. The closing date for participation is 30.06.2026 at 11:59 PM. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. Participation Requirements

To participate in the giveaway, participants must follow the Instagram channel @auto_mega_store and/or the Facebook page Auto mega store Landshut / Ergolding as well as, if applicable, the account of the respective sponsor or co-author. In addition, the giveaway post must be liked and the requested answer must be submitted in the comments. Participation is possible via both Instagram and Facebook. Comments submitted after the participation period has ended will not be considered and will not increase the chances of winning. Only one entry per person will be counted. Multiple comments are allowed but will not count as additional entries and will not increase the chances of winning. If a participant submits multiple guesses, only the last answer submitted before the end of the participation period will be considered for determining the winner. The use of fake accounts or automated giveaway bots is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer for Instagram/Facebook

The organizer is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and the giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. The sole contact and responsible party is the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for any legal violations or technical issues caused by Instagram or Facebook in connection with the use of these platforms. By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge that no claims may be made against Instagram or Facebook. Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this giveaway. Participation takes place via the platforms Instagram and/or Facebook. The respective terms of use and privacy policies of Instagram and Facebook also apply to the use of these platforms.

5. Eligibility

Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Minors are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to request proof of age in the event of a win.

6. Exclusion from the Giveaway

Employees of auto mega store GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway if:

• these terms and conditions are violated
• manipulation attempts are detected
• false information is provided
• automated systems or giveaway bots are used

7. Prize

Among all valid entries, a total of two €100 fuel vouchers will be raffled. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to other persons is excluded. The organizer will cover the shipping of the prize within Germany. If the prize is shipped to another country, any additional shipping costs must be covered by the winner.

8. Winner Determination and Notification

The winners will be selected using a random generator. The selection will take place after the end of the participation period. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook and must respond to the organizer within 7 days after receiving the notification. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited without replacement and a new winner will be determined using the same procedure. The prize will be shipped within a reasonable period after the winner has responded successfully.

9. Data Protection

The handling of personal data within the scope of the giveaway is governed by the organizer’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.auto-mega-store.com/de/footer/datenschutz. The data transmitted as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively for conducting the giveaway, in particular for determining and notifying the winners. The data will be deleted after the giveaway has been fully completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

10. Early Termination and Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify, adapt, or terminate the giveaway at any time for good cause, particularly if technical or legal reasons prevent proper implementation. The organizer assumes no liability for technical problems, failures of the Instagram or Facebook platforms, or network disruptions. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.

11. Prize Claim

Each participant can only win once. The claim to the prize will expire if the winner does not respond within the specified period or does not meet the participation requirements.

12. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions.

13. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
